Group Goal: Meet once a week in order to stimulate positive organizational behaviors to stay up to date on all assignments and group work while benefitting our community through service learning.
This is a promising goal, because, we will meet once every week so that we can discuss various ideas, problems, and successes we may face through our service learning. Meeting once a week establishes accountability for all participants. Work will be completed when necessary and teammates can look after each other and operate most efficiently. When work is completed efficiently we can focus our energy on serving the community and the people around us.
Class Goal: Attend each class and complete all necessary course work in a timely fashion in order to succeed in our future classes and professional working careers.
When class is attended regularly, students will develop a positive attitude in both our future classes and careers after college. When we read all the necessary assigned materials and engage in class discussions sufficiently, we are able to see various points of views and understand how the professional world works. This positive work ethic will become a habit and we will be useful for future endeavors.
